I wish this review could really tell you how special Hollie is, but I fear my words will fall short. I’ll start by saying that I’ve known Hollie for years and already knew she’d be a great realtor for my aging mother because of her kind demeanor, honor of others, and her visible work ethic. (I had been following her success as a realtor for a while. #heytheresHollie) I also loved supporting her because of how much support she gives back in our community. What I got in Hollie as my mother’s realtor was so much more than I could have imagined. I could cry as i sit here thinking of the tender way she guided my mom (and I) through the process of selling rental property and purchase of a new home locally. Hollie (and her tribe of helpers) lined up (or did) any work to be done, advocated for mother’s best interest, and was a calmed my mothers anxiousness. You see, my mother was dealing with selling multiple properties in 3 different cities and buying a new home at one time. She was in a state of chaos because her husband’s Alzheimer’s disease had worsened significantly and he needed around the clock care in a facility. Hollie even helped us get in contact with key people to help my step-father as well. We were dealing with more than one realtor at this time and I can tell you, Hollie worked circles around them all. Her communication was clear, quick, and kept us progressing. Through it all the twist and turns of selling/buying multiple properties she guided us gently, efficiently, and was so knowledgeable. She has even stayed in contract with my mom after the process, and helped her navigate things she certainly didn’t have to. I knew my mother was in the best of hands, but all I can say is Hollie is a treasure! It’s easy to see she loves what she does and was meant for this role. When I need a realtor in the future for myself, she will be my only call.
